TO ALL BANKS IN THE
ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT:
This is to advise that the Alief Alamo Bank, Houston, Texas, located in the
territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas was ad­
mitted as a member of the Federal Reserve System effective the opening of business
January 17, 1980.
The bank has a capital structure of $1,200,000 consisting of capital stock
$500,000, surplus $500,000, and undivided profits and reserves of $200,000.
