S n e a t h , class B director, whose terms expire December 31, 1974, has been duly held in accordance with the requirements of section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended, and the provisions of Circular N o . 7490, dated October 29, 1974. The results of the election are as follows: S t u a r t M c C a r t y , President, First-City National Bank of Binghamton, Binghamton, N. Y., was elected by member banks in Group 2 as a class A director of this Bank; and W i l l i a m S . S n e a t h , President, Union Carbide Corporation, New York, N. Y., was reelected by member banks in Group 2 as a class B director of this Bank. Each was chosen for a term of three years beginning January 1, 1975. R o s w e l l L.
