At its meeting on January 3, 1946, the board of directors of this
bank selected J o h n C. T r a p h a g e n , president of the Bank of New York,
New York, N. Y., to serve during the year 1946 as the member of the
Federal Advisory Council from the Second Federal Reserve District.
