CONTROL

To all Banks, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

At the request of the Treasury Department you are advised that
on April 13, 1945, facilities were restored for the transmittal of
closed-letter communications between the United States and various
areas in the Netherlands; that, notwithstanding General Ruling No. 11,
persons in the United States and the Netherlands may exchange business, commercial and financial information through this service; and
that transactional communications continue to be prohibited.
