LNovember 3, 1943J POSTAL UNIT NUMBERING SYSTEM To All Member Banks and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: In our Circular No. 2689, dated September 9, 1943, we indicated that the appropriate postal unit number for use on mail addressed to our Buffalo Branch is 2. Although the Buffalo Branch is located in postal delivery unit number 2, all of its mail is delivered to a post office box, and prompt handling of its mail will be facilitated if postal unit number 5 is designated. Accordingly, all mail intended for the Buffalo Branch should be addressed as follows: Buffalo Branch, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Buffalo 5, N. Y. ALLAN SPROUL, President.
