Official Signatures
To All Banks and Trust Companies in the Second Federal Reserve District,
D E A R SIRS:—Circular No. 251, dated February 5, 1920, giving the authorized official signatures of the bank is modified in the following respects:
Adolph J. Lins has been appointed Manager a t large of the bank and will sign in
that capacity and not as Manager of the Government Deposit Department which has been
converted into a division of the Certificates of Indebtedness Department.
Jay E . Crane has been appointed Assistant Secretary of the bank and will sign in
that capacity.
The facsimile signatures of Mr. Lins and M r . Crane will be found in Circular No.
251, above referred t o .
Edward H . Hart has been appointed general counsel and will sign correspondence
on behalf of the bank

Carl Snyder has been appointed Manager of the Statistics Department of the bank
and will sign correspondence on its behalf

The authority of Vincent A. Harvey to sign per procuration has been cancelled.
Thomas Bruder has been appointed a holder of procuration and will sign in that

Adolph J . Lins.
