Organization Manual
To all Member Banks in the Second Federal Reserve District:
An organization manual has recently been published by us for the purpose of
giving a concise and comprehensive description of the work of the Federal Reserve Bank
of New York.

The manual contains a series of charts originally issued over a year

ago, and now brought up to date with necessary additions and changes, showing in
graphic form the functional and operating divisions of the bank and the relations
of departments and their respective activities as well as the lines of responsibility and
the names of those in authority.
This manual is now ready for distribution to those member banks interested in
securing copies.

The enclosed return card may be used to indicate the number of

copies desired.
