Term Ending December 31, 1961

To M em ber Banks o f the Second Federal R eserve D istrict :

The election o f a class B director of this Bank fo r the unexpired portion of the
term ending December 31,1961, to fill the vacancy caused by my resignation from
that office, has been duly held in accordance with the requirements o f section 4 of
the Federal Reserve Act, as amended, and the provisions o f Circular No. 4863,
dated March 11,1960.
