Return to Standard Time

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

Daylight Saving Time will end at 2 a. m. Sunday, September 26,
1954, in the cities of New York and Buffalo, New York. Thereafter this
Bank, including its Buffalo Branch, will operate on Eastern Standard Time.
