Column 7 is a 1-day quote on average net yields to investors on GNMAguaranteed mortgage-backed securities for immediate delivery, assuming prepayment in 12 years on pools of 30-year FHA/VA mortgages carrying a coupon rate 50 basis points below the current FHA/VA ceiling rates shown in Column 6.
