Daniel R. Crissinger was appointed to lead the Federal Reserve Board as governor on May 1, 1923. He resigned on September 15, 1927. Prior to his time at the Federal Reserve Board, Crissinger served as Comptroller of the Currency from 1921 to 1923. (Source: Federal Reserve History)
