on above subject:
" Letter dated December 9th!rom the Federal Reserve 4s.ent at
Louis, requesting—that he be advised as to whether or not the
nev.ly created County of Humphreys, Miss., would be assigned to the
Sixth or Lighth Federal Reserve District. The secretary reported
that there are no member banks located in the newly created countyt
On motion duly seconded, it was voted that whatever
member banks may hereafter be located in the County of
Humphreys, Liss., be made members of the Federal Reserve
Bank of st. Louis."
I understand there is a prescribed form to be gone through in a, case of
this kind, and I would appreciate it very mucia if you will let me have
a
formal minute to cover this point in the proper manner.

Sunflower and Holmes Counties; and that notwithstanding the
changes in the boundary lines,the determination of the Reserve
Bank Organization Committee, which defined the Sixth Federal
Reserve District as including among other things "all that part
of Mississippi located south of the northern boundary of the
following counties: Issauena, Sharkey, Yazoo, Kemper, Madison,
Deake, and Neshoba", should apply to all that part of Mississippi
located south of the northern boundaries of the counties specified
above, as defined after the creation of the new county of Humphreys.
