SCHEDULE SUPPORTING ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS "8 and 10"

A group of representative New York City banks and bankers,
formed a pool of funds contributed by its members, the total of
which was sufficient to insure payment in full to all creditors of
the City Trust Company. The outgrowth of the pool was the organization of the Mutual Trust Company, and its function in the banking
field was to reopen the City Trust Company, liquidate its assets,
and assume all of thedefunct corporation's liabilities. Charter was
obtained, and contract approved by the Supreme court of the State of
New York, was entered into by the Mutual Trust Company and the
Superintendent of Banks.
The Mutual Trust Company, without exercising its charter
rights, was absorbed with permission of the Superintendent of Banks,
by the International Germanic Trust Company.
The contract between the Mutual Trust Company and the
Superintendent of Banks was superseded by a later contract between
the International Germanic Trust Company and the Superintendent of
Banks. This contract was approved by the Supreme Court of the State
of New York, and by its terms, the International Germanic Trust
Company agreed to purchase all the assets of the City Trust Company,
assume all its liabilities, and pay the fun amount of creditors
claims, filed with and accepted by the Superintendent of Banks. The
International Germanic Trust Company received the assets on
1, September 1st, 1929, and the Superintendent of Banks concluded his
official decision on liability claims on May 9, 1930.
