Messrs. AL7RICH (CHAIRMAN), Bunnaus, BUR4,

TON, VMS, HONYNGM, PINGETT, and 31111GBS8.
In the absenco of the Vico-Chairman, and an a
squorum did not appear, no formal business was tran
acted,
The Chairnau was authorised, however, to appoint
a sub-committee to consider the details of the Codification of the National Aanking Laws, with Suggested
Mange., prepared by the Comptroller of the Currency,
and to report the rtssult of their oxumination to the
Commission.
Tho Chairman appointed on thin sub-committee Mr.
BURTON (CHAPMAN), fr. CYKS, and Vie.
At 12 o'clock mnridian, the Commission adjourned
until 10 o'clock a. m., Monday, December 4, 1911.

Under this suggestion, paragraph 16 would be dropped.
