Mr.. Marriner Eccles, Chairman
Federal Reserve Board
Washington, D. C.
Dear Mr. Eccles:
We are extremely pleased by your acceptance of our
invitation to be our guest and one of the speakers
at the Banquet Session of our June Meeting which will
be held on Friday, June 16th.
We realize the strain you are subjected to by your
heavy schedule at the time of our June Meeting and
to relieve you of any extra effort, we do want you
to know that the subject of your talk and its length
is for you to decide. You may be sure that whatever
you choose to say will meet with our enthusiastic
approval, and I will write to you to cover necessary
details before May 15th.
It gives us all a sense of deep satisfaction to know
that we shall have the privilege of meeting with you
next June and we thoroughly appreciate your willing
ness to add this additional item to an already over
burdened schedule.
Sincerely yours,

TFD:HB
