Dear Larry:
Our mutual friend, Ash Stewart,
was just in the office and allowed me. to
read your letter to him of May 23» from
yhich I noted that your son, Larry, is in
a hospital in Italy seriously ill as a.
result of injuries received in an airplane
crash.
I just want to say to you and
Mrs. Clayton that you have ny heartfelt
Sympathy in this trouble. I know what
a strain you must be under and do hope
it will not be long before he will have
recovered fully.
