Dear Jake:
I hope you are planning to return to Washington
to attend the Board meeting on Friday, June kj>. Mo doubt
you have received a notice frons the Secretary's Office
covering sosie of the natters to come up at that time*
In ay opinion there are several matters of
greateat importance —
1 - Question of flew York Officers' salaries.
2 - Responsibility of the Board to maintain
a quorum in Washington at all times*
3 - Procedure to be followed to afford an absent
member an opportunity to return to «-ariington, or to express his views before action
is taken by the Board, on a aatter in which
he is interested.
U - Procedure to be followed whenever important
changes are contemplated in the Board's
senior staff.
