In accordance with our agreement yesterday , I w i l l be permittee to ask you questions when you appear before the Banking and
Currency Committee as a witness tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock.
The questions I expect to ask w i l l be material in connection with
the b i l l being considered by the Committee.

Detailed information in answer to this question i s not
available at the Board's o f f i c e s . There i s attached a copy
of the rules and regulations of the retireaient system, from
which i t w i l l be noted that the system i s governed by a board
of twenty-six trustees. A l l information with respect to
awTlauw and minimum retirement allowances i s contained in the
records of the Retirement Committee of the Board of Trustees.
