At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the
Federal Reserve Board held in the office of the Governor
at 10:30 A. L. on Wednesday, November 15, 1916,
PRESENT:
Governor Harding, presiding,
Mr. Warburg,

Mr. Delano,

Mr. Willis, Secretary.

The request of the Federal Reserve Agent at
Philadelphia for the release by the Assistant Treasurer
at Philadelphia of Federal Reserve notes as follows:Fives
Tens
Twenties

$80,000.
600,000.
320,000..
$1,000,000.

was presented and upon motion approved, the Comptroller
to be requested to expedite the release, that the notes
may be placed in the hands of the Federal Reserve Agent
at Philadelphia today.
At 10:35 A. M. the Committee adjourned.
