Mr. Delano, Governor Harding stated that the purpose of the meeting was to consider the application of the German Insurance Bank of Louisville, which had been received from the Jommittee on Nember and State Banks vith favorable recommendation. On motion, it was voted to admit the German Insurance Bank of Louisville to membershil) on condition that it complies with the terms set forth by the Jommittee on !Tember and State Banks in the memorandum filed with the recommendation.
