Mr. G. L. Harrison, General Counsel.
Mr. Harrison stated that he had succeeded in locating
a suitable candidate for the office of Assistant Counsel of
the Federal Reserve Board, Er. Walter 3. Logan.
On motion duly seconded, pursuant to authority heretofore granted, Mr. Walter S. Logan
was appointed as Assistant Counsel of the Federal Reserve Board at a salary of . 5,000 per
annum, effective at such date as he reports
for duty.
