Jounsel was rejuested to prepare as early as
possible a revisionof the resul,tions of the Board
to cover changes

the law contemplated by the proposed

amendments, and to submit said revision to a sub-committee composed of

Delano and Lr. iarbur:,, which war'

given ...,athority to have the proposed changes put in
type.
Oommittee adopted the following resolution:.
aereas, under E.Ile ative Order, the reasury
Department will be closed at one p.m. on all Saturdays
during the period from Juno 15 to September 15, 1917,
therefore;
solved, that the offices of the Federal
.ieserve Board be closed at one o'clock p.m. on all
c.aturdays fi'om June 15 to September 15, 1917, and
that those who can be spared from their desks be excused on those days at the hour indicated, but that
no time be allowed for luncheon on-Saturdays during
the period stated, that those who are revired to be
retained on duty be given compensating time where
the business of the Board permits such action.
