At an adjourned meeting of the Federal Reserve Board held in the office of the
Board at 11:00 a. m., on Thursday, February 17.

By previous appointment the session
was devoted to the hearing of the appeal of
the Connecticut banks asking transfer from
Federal Reserve District No. 1, to Federal
Reserve District No. 2.
On motion at 1:00 p. m*, the Board
adjourned to meet on Friday, February 18, at
11:00 a. m.
