At a special meeting of the federal Leserve Board held in the office of the Governor at 3:50 P. M. on Monday, December 11, 1916, 'Jovernor Tiarding, presiding, Mr. Delano, Mr. Tam1in, Mr. Miller, Mr. 7.arburg, Yr. r-ill:s, Eecretary. • Present also, Mr. Harrison, Assistant Counsel. The Board took up, read and discussed drafts of proposed amendments intended to carry into effect the changes in the federal Reserve Act as to which partial agreement had already been arrived at in previous meetings. F No formal votes were taken, but the general form which the alaenimuuta should assume was agreed upon, and the Governor of the lioard was authorized to take thorn up for consideration with the iocretary of the Treasury at a conference to be held in the near future, the result of such conference to be reported back to the Board as a basis for further discussion of the amendments.
