826 A hearing was held by the Board at 3 p. m., on Tuesday, August 8, PRESENT: Mr. McAdoo, presiding Mr. Hamlin Mr. Harding Mr. Williams Mr. Allen, Secretary. There were also in attendance Governor Wold and Counsel A. Ueland of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Senators La Follette and Husting were called from the Board Room before the hearing was opened, it being understood that they would have an opportunity to appear later if they so desired. Also present were representatives of the petitioning banks in WisIt consin and Michigan, and members of Congress. The report of the nearing was taken by a stenographer and is a part of the files of the Federal Reserve Board. At 6:20 p. in., the hearing was ad-journed until 10:00 a. in., on Wednesday, Aug- ust 9th. APPROVED: Chairman.
