on April 1 0 . For t h i s reason i t i s estimated t h a t i n comparison with l a s t year an allowance should be made f o r an increase i n s a l e s of
about it p e r cent f o r the month of March as a whole and a corresponding decrease f o r the month of April as a whole. These allowances apply
t o t h e f i g u r e s f o r the United S t a t e s *
