For immediate release
April 28, 1966.

In the first three weeks of April, the seasonally adjusted money
supply averaged $170*8 billion, $1,6 billion higher than in March. Time deposits adjusted continued to expand in the first three weeks of April at a
somewhat faster rate than in February and March.

process of collection and Federal Reserve float; (2) foreign demand balances at

the vaults of all commercial banks. Tjhaie deposits adjusted are time deposits at all
commercial banks other than those due 1* domestic commercial banks and the U. S.
