To THE CASHIER: SIR: Referring to the last paragraph of the notice of the Secretary of the Treasury enclosed herewith, we are directed by him to advise you that the form for the calculation of reserves which was to accompany his notice is in process of revision by the Comptroller of the Currency and when revised, will be mailed to you direct by him. In order to facilitate making the initial transfer of reserves, a form which we are advised corresponds with that to be issued by the Comptroller was printed at the foot of the remittance letter enclosed with circular No. 4, and may be used pending the receipt by you of the revised form.
