To THE CASHIER : SIR: In accordance with the notice sent you February 18th, together with Federal Reserve Board Circulars Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 and Regulation I, Series of 1915, and Circulars Nos. 17 and 18 of this bank, we are forwarding under separate cover a binder for holding all circulars issued by both the Federal Reserve Board and this Bank. In order that the files of each member bank may be complete, this binder contains a copy of each of the following circulars, which, in addition to those mentioned above, and Federal Reserve Board Circular No. 10, mailed to you on February 24th, are all the circulars at present in effect or of interest.
