Supplementing information given in our circulars Nos. 1232, 1236, 1240, 1244 and

Semiannual Dividend

GENTLEMEN :

The board of directors of Federal Reserve Bank of New York has
declared a thirty-fourth dividend, payable June 30, 1933, at the rate
of 6 per cent per annum on the paid-in capital stock of the bank, for
the period from January 1, 1933, to June 30,1933, both dates inclusive.
