Monthly compilations of data on average weekly and hourly earnings and average weekly hours of work were begun by the Bureau of Labor Statistics in 1932, and published in the Monthly Labor Review and the Employment and Pay Rolls publications. This publication provides a comprehensive look at the data, as well as corrections to the originally published data.
