Senate Committee on Banking and Currency, 85th Congress, 2d Session, Report No. 2500. This study reviewed Federal Reserve policies in terms of the fluctuations in aggregate economic activity since the enactment of the Treasury-Federal Reserve Accord of 1951. It was prepared by Asher Achinstein of the Legislative Reference Service, Library of Congress, together with comments from the staff of the Federal Reserve Board. Ordered to be printed October 10, 1958, under authority of the Senate of August 24, 1958.
