Printed for the Senate Committee on Banking and Currency, 76th Congress, 3rd session, as part of a study on possible national monetary and banking policy by which the monetary and banking authorities of the Federal Government shall be guided and governed, and recommendations on the character of governmental machinery best calculated to carry out such policy.
